matlab 2014b C2000 CCS6.1 CCSv6 toolchain needed

Hi I need to build a new toolchain
ti_ccsv6_2802x
based on
ti_ccsv5
and that uses: gmake_win32_v5.2.12.mat
the only difference is the line
tc.addMacro('F28_HEADERS', '$(TIF28XXXSYSSWDIR)/f2802x_headers'); % OK: literal XXX needed
But I didn't succed, Also how to registrer this toolchain ?
