Copyright claim in Matlab Book

Greetings.
I am writing a book (sort of a manual) on Matlab and its Applications in Control Theory. My aim is to distribute it freely online, on sites like ResearchGate, Academia, and use it as a source on my teaching courses.
My question is about the Copyright notices that I should use in order to both hold the open copyright provided by GNU free documentation License, but also mention the registered copyrights to Mathworks.
I am thinking about using the following two texts on the begining of the book:
>Copyright© 2015 Author's Name. Permission is granted to copy, distribute and/or modify this document under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.3 or any later version published by the Free Software Foundation; with no Invariant Sections, no Front-Cover Texts, and no Back-Cover Texts. A copy of the license is included in the section entitled ”GNU Free Documentation License”.
>MATLAB ® and Simulink ® are trademarks of the MathWorks, Inc. The MathWorks does not warrant the accuracy of the text or exercises in this book. This book’s use or discussion of MATLAB ® and Simulink ® software or related products does not constitute endorsement or sponsorship by the MathWorks of a particular pedagogical approach or particular use of the MATLAB ® and Simulink ® software.
The first text is the standart gnu license text. The second part regarding Matlab is something I found from another book. Is this acceptable? Thanks is advance for all the answers
