Intergrate matrix per period

Im trying to do the following integration per period of a periodic fluid flow

T= Integral of cy2 per period

cy2 is a 100000x1 matrix

the period is calculated to a be 1 divided by variable max_f

Ive tried trapz(cy2) but all that gives is the integration for the entire matrix

For any one period, with a particular cy2 matrix, what would you like the integral to look like?

I wonder if you are looking for something like the VectorValued of integrate() ?
