Matlab Compiling Question 32 Bit versus 64 Bit

Is it possible to compile a matlab application using Windows 7 64 Bit, to run on a seperate computer running 32 bit windows. I have installed the 32 Bit MRC on the target computer, but my compiled EXE doesn't run.

You need to invoke the 32 bit version of Windows on the 64 bit machine and compile using that.
