How can I create a lambert conformal matrix from a vector?

Dear All, I would like to draw my data on a lambert conformal conic projected map using with m_map package. I have longitude(177x191) and latitude(177x191) matrices which have already lambert projected. I have a vector A(33807) what was calculated based on these coordinates. I would like to convert this vector to 2D matrix by lambert conformal conic projection. Can someone suggest me a function in matlab?
