How to change state-space system matrix (A) during simulation?

Dear Simulink users,
how do I change the system matrix (A matrix) in state-space block during the simulation in Simulink? The idea is that my system, that is described by state-space representation, changes its dynamics in certain conditions. When these conditions happen, I should change the dynamics of the state-space during the simulation. I think that in adaptive control this kind of trick is often used, but how? How can I do this? I really need to use state-space representation now!
Any help is welcome!
