Rectangle behavior in GUI

Hi all, I have a question regarding rectangle behavior in GUI. Everytime, I moved the rectangle using pan or zoom, my rectangle will goes out of the axes zone. I tried to turn on the 'Cropping' but still it ends up the same. The only way (so far) is create a panel underneath the axes, but it's not so neat. I'll attach image of my problem here if you don't understand my explanation. Looking forward for the helps :)
