How to train a file(.mat) using SVM

hi guys,

i am try to do human action recognition using matlab, i have already extracted the HOG feature and saved it as .mat format. i have also downloaded the libsvm and installed it. i am new to this technique, and would like to know how to train the extracted feature. would really appreaciate if someone can tell me the step to achieve it.
