functions inpolygon and smooth not supported in C-Coder

Hi, We need to take our matlab code and run in through the C-Coder to implement in Android phone. We are using smooth - with sgolay option and the inpolygon functions both not supported by the C-coder. Does anyone has any other functions that are similar in thier functionality to smooth (sgolay) & inploygon in pure matlab which is supported by the coder? would love to get some help
