Cluster on what basis? How mauvey their shade of pinky-russet is?

i have 20 or more than 20 images and cluster them on the basis of colour and shape in different group.for example i have 5 image of butter, 5 image of coke, 5 image of fruits in a folder now i have to use k mean clustering on the image.
