Multi Rate Subsystems implementaion

Hello I am new to MATLAB, currently learning, is there a way a designing susbsystems with different rates? in detail suppose, models are running at 0.025msec; there are two inputs[A and B], Subsystem implemented as [A AND B] should run at 0.075msec, output as C, another subsystem implemented as [D OR E] should run at 0.1msec output as F. C and F are connected Switch block based on selection C or F should select. it would be good if somebodt explains this along with where to use rate transition blocks. Thanks In Advance...!!!
