how can i run a simulink model on my raspi?

I have a Simulink model and want to run it on my RasPi 2 Model B.
Running it "normal" on my PC (Win7 x64, R2015b) there are no errors. But when I run it "external" on my Pi the Diagnostic Viewer told me that the function_name.tlc has to be placed in the current path. Looking for the file, I noticed that there isn't such a file and I use the "S-Function Builder"-Block in Simulink to create one. Within this process, three further files have been created in the current path ( function_name.c, function_name.mexw64, function_name_wrapper.c). When I try to run the model "extern" on my Pi again, I get the following error:
"Level-2 MATLAB S-function 'function_name' does not exist."
