How to set delay time correctly?

I have a problem with my out put of model . I've simulated two systems that work together. the out put of first system should enable second system. the second system should produce the same signal as the first but with a time delay. in my out put this delay has shown but second signal is a copy of remaining of first signal in a same time. what has been missed in my modeling? the attached photo is a figure of my model and the related out put.
