Replacing data of two columns

Hi,I need to modify data of two matrices after performing some operation & display the data. Formula is using original data of both columns.I am able to modify data one at a time,but if i work on both columns simultaneously then data of 1 column is fine.Thanks alot

Jahangir - please post the code that you have written and clearly describe the problem that you are facing. Are you trying to replace a column in two matrices or just in one?
