Simulink Time Data Processing

The shape is correct, the magnitude too.

I have two problems:

Data transmission has 12 byte header that would remove ...

The transmission includes a screenshot for 1440 points (byte).

Would have each point lasts a long time: in the example 20µs...

How to compress the time scale?

Which function to use between Gain and scope ???
