How to partially differentiate a function with unknown variables

Hi, I've run in to some problems using matlab and was wondering if anyone here could help me out.

I'm not quite certain if this is possible. But I have 2 functions and I would like to take the partial derivative of three variables, without knowing a single value. Is this possible? If so, how?

ex)

P1 = (K*P0*exp(r*t))/(K+P0*exp(r*t))

is one of my functions and I would like to take the partial derivative with respect to K, PO, and r.
