question on cartesian co ordinates

I want to plot a curve with paramentric representation

c1= r=2/square root ofcos^2 theta+4sin^2theta
    theta=0;

choose a suitable domain for theta show the plot in cartesian coordinates can u please help me in this program

That parametric representation defines a single point, (theta=0, r=2)
