I am trying to implement multiconductor bergeron modal . I need to do transformation from phase to modal , calculate values in modal domain and again convert it in phase domain . How to excute this in simulink?

I have to implement bergeron multiconductor model in simulink. I have to convert phase value into modal value using transformation matrix and again inverse transformation from modal to phase . how this can be done in matlab simulink.
