Trouble with mvregress - Example required

Suppose I want to calculate a multivariate regression with the dependent variable Y and independent variable X.

Y is an 4x25 matrix, x is cell of 1X3 with matrices of 4x25 each. I expect the the formula mvregress to calculate 3 coefficients now... However, the mathworks example under

http://de.mathworks.com/help/stats/mvregress.html

shows a similar example calculating 25 coefficients, namely for each column of Y. Appreciate any comment whether I use the correct forumular
