Can Anyone help me in Interfacing MMA7455LR2 Accelerometer with Matlab .. Please its Urgent .. and i need to interface , 3 Accelerometers .. at a Time to calculate convolution impact ..

You cannot do that directly. That device has only an I2C/SPI interface, which is not compatible with any interface that is normally found on a PC. See e.g. http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/16808-matlab-to-hc12

Simulink does have some blocks for I2C interface devices that it supports, given the appropriate interface hardware.
