Converting MATLAB code to LPC2148 microcontroller based on ARM

Kindy let me know if it is possible to convert a MATLAB code to LPC2148 micro-controller code. I have some ready codes developed in MATLAb which i want to convert.

If possible kindly specify the version of MATLAB and MATLAB tool which helps to achieve this.

I know ways to convert MATLAB code to C code but i think this does not work when working with specific microcontroller as target device.

The LPC2148 appears to be derived from ARM7. It has been possible to generate ARM7 code; see this case study
