How do you Implement the Implication Method in Simulink?

I cannot use the Fuzzy block because it cannot accept Event-based values so I have to implement my fuzzy controller using available Simulink blocks.

I have followed the tutorial in fuzzy logic of Matlab in this reference: http://www.mathworks.com/help/fuzzy/fuzzy-inference-process.html#a1054218744b1

I am now having trouble developing the Simulink model for Step 3:

Can you please show me how to implement this using Simulink blocks?
