Strong peak in Peak Analysis

Using the findpeak function, I have found all the local minima associated with my signal, but I am only interested in strongest or more dominated (amplitudes) within certain internals. Is there a way of determining this dynamically?

Yes but you have to define strongest or more dominated. For example, is it the area under the peak, or the height of it, or something else?
