Mobility (wireless) models in Matlab?

I am starting a project in vehicular communications. I need to model the movements and data demands of users over one or a few cells, including vehicles. Is anyone aware of any such implementations in Matlab?

Some other students have made vague attempts; it is not clear that any of them got anywhere.
