Implementing time varying state matrices in simulink?

Myself Sandeep, I am doing project on sensor-less control of PMSM motor. My question is, there are four state variables in my state space model. so A matrix is a 4*4 matrix in which speed is one of the parameter which is varying as motor speed varies. suppose when the motor is not running, the speed parameter is zero and if motor starts running, speed quantity should vary as the speed varying in the matrix. please help me in implementing this in simulink.
