Probabilistic Independent Component Analysis PICA (or TPICA)

I would like to ask if anyone knows any library or implementation of the PICA of Beckeman and Smith http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/14964560 in matlab (or even the tensor approach TPICA)
