Basler camera support package install error

Hello,

I have tried several times installing Basler support package from Add-Ons option but wasn't able to confirm the installation but got this error instead. I have tried to restart the computer and download the package from this link: http://www.mathworks.com/hardware-support/gige.html and reinstalled the package from the folder but same error? Do I miss something in the steps? I am using R2016a. Please help. Thanks a lot
