How to identify which block is causing precision loss in the simulik model?

When I update my simulink model, I see a couple of warnings stating small quantization errors have occurred and precision loss occurred for 'Threshold'. I changed the Detect precision loss settings to 'error'. When I update the model again, this time I received an error, but where exactly this quantization error occurred in the model is not specified in the Diagnostic Viewer. Any help here?
