Real-Time XPC Removable disk Boot Failure

Hi

I'm using Matlab R2015b and Adventech industrial fanless computer ARK-3500 with Intel i7-3610QE/8GB RAM as target, i did all setting in BIOS Settings documentation, but it still not boot correctly, i also test the same USB disk with other fanless IPC UNO-2178A which have Intel Atom D510/2GB RAM and it work find.

The strange thing is, i set the USB disk as graphic mode and it shows up nothing, just all black. Then turn graphic mode off it show up like this:
