normalize corrolation between two images?

Hi, I want to calculate this formula in matlab. how can I do it?

1/(M×N) ∑∑W'(i,j)× W(i,j)

which range of i an j is from 1 to M and N respectively. I need this formula for computing normalized correlation between w and w'.
