Problem installing RTL SDR Hardware Support

When I attempt to install the RTL SDR hardware support on Matlab 2015b Windows 7, I get the following error: invalid END header (bad central directory offset). I tried running as admin and got the same thing along with the following:[Fatal Error] tp025fdef3_6930_4922_979d_40ea83e623fb:509:230: Attribute name "supporttypequa17" associated with an element type "SupportPackage" must be followed by the ' = ' character. Any suggestions?
Thanks

How did you try to install the support package? Did you use the installer from MATLAB? Did you select "install from folder" or "install from Internet"? Did you use the downloaded file from the support package web page?

I used the installer from MATLAB, I tried both "install from Internet" and "Download from Internet" which I believe is the first step in installing from folder. I don't remember what the error was when I tried to "Download from Internet". I have also attempted to load the Arduino and the Ettus support packages with similar problems (the Ettus error was "expected input to be non empty"). I will try going to the web page when I get home

Can you contact Technical Support at http://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us/? We will need more information to resolve the issue.
