Is there any method in which I can make the wired connection of the Kinect to the PC wireless?

Matlab only supports Kinect Xbox 360 when the kinect is connected to the PC through a USB.Microsoft has developed wireless Network Adapters to work with the Xbox 360 console. Will they work with PC? If not, how can i make this connection Wireless?
