Why do some options of toolbar and menubar disappear after converting GUI to .exe by using compiler?

Hello there,
I've been developing a GUI used to analyze simulation results, like plotting signals over a certain time range. And I tried to convert it into an .exe file by using Toolbox MatLab Compiler. It did work but the strange thing is, some options of toolbar and menubar in figure windows disappear.(please see attachment)
Can anyone tell me what it is about? Can I add those options back to the figure windows?
