Download Agent, Download Error

Hello, I am trying to download matlab 2012b (32bit) on my PC (Windows 10, 64 bit) using download agent. Before starting the download I downloaded new version of JAVA. When the download of matlab starts it stops immediately giving this error: "Download Error: there was an error while connecting to the server". How can i solve this?

Caution: R2012b probably will not work with Windows 10. You will certainly not be able to use mex or any code generation.
