how can I change the size of contour in tow images?

I have tow binary image.each of them has only one object of the same class.for example both of them have an elephant.first of all I find the contour of each object.but the size of contours are not the same.I want both contours have the same size.how can I do this?

You could shrink one of the images until the contour is the same size.
