Editing Version-Info (Properties) of Simulink RTW generated standalone executable

Hello! I would like to edit/define the properties (e.g. Version Info) of a standalone executable generated by Simulink RTW coder. Is there a possibility to include a resource file (*.rc) in custom code when performing the build process?
