Add top X-axis with different scale

Hi, I want to add one more x-axis on top with different scaling for same plot.I have used plot2axes but it is not working.Please let me know whether there is any other solution.

You'll need to be a bit more specific than "it is not working". At the moment, the best advice would be to "make plot2axes work". If you give short example code showing what does/doesn't work that we can all run, you'll get a very fast and helpful answer.
