Sir I Implement flame detection in video? Sir I use the Algorithm First, moving pixels and regions are extracted from the image using frame differential method.? How to code this..Sorry for this question but I am new in Matlab

Being new to matlab is not a problem. You need to make an effort. We don't write your code.
