How to record Regression for ANN?

Hello. I am trying to apply ANN on the 77000*5 data. I need to know at what condition the best fit happens. For this reason I have a loop to get a run with one layer and 1 neuron at 5 to 25 validation numbers, then one layer and 2 neurons with 5 to 25 validations number and so on. The problem is I need to record the regression for each times. Any idea please?Thanks
