using spice models in simlink

Hello,

I have simple spice model defined as described in the attached image. I want to use this script in the simulink modelling environment. Is this possible? Can anyone help with this?

Simscape Electrical is posible to convert SPICE subcircuit to custom Simscape components using subcircuit2ssc function.
