Hey guys can u help me ?

I am working on a project in which i have 13 samples that contains 3 inputs & 2 outputs,Also i dont have any relation between them.So,i want to train the network using hidden layers in order to find the relation&find outputs of other random input. I want to use this using matlab apps a I am a non circuital engineer. Please reply Thankyou
