Hi, I would like to reduce the noise in the scattered data of Voltage Vs time plot. Please help me with the same.

There is a range of voltage values corresponding to each load. When load=0 for a particular time range, there is a range of voltage values. Then load is increased and voltage vs time is plotted for each load increase. Should I calculate the standard deviation of values for each load and proceed accordingly or is there any filter in matlab? I don't know how to proceed. That's why I posted this. Please help me with the same.

I would reject any value that is beyond the standard deviation and estimate a function for the sinusoid.
