I was requested to provide my toolbox information for the license I use and have been unsuccessful with finding this information

ver
Just type "ver" in the MATLAB command window. It will show you what version of MATLAB you are running, your license number, and what toolboxes you have installed.

Todd noted "ver". That will tell you about installed toolboxes, not about licensed toolboxes. The easiest way to determine which toolboxes you have licensed is to visit https://www.mathworks.com/licensecenter and click on your license number, and then the tab License Details (the one shown by default) lists all of the toolboxes you are licensed for.
You can also examine your license file. For the location of those, see http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/99147-where-are-the-license-files-for-matlab-located .
With the more recent versions of MATLAB (R2014a onwards) sometimes it is easiest to drop into the MATLAB installer, which will connect to the Mathworks and bring back the list of licensed products in order to populate the list of things you might want to install.

Now, in Matlab R2022a ver is showing the installed toolboxes but to see licensed toolboxes is a pain in the butt to figure out which are licensed and which are not. Any leads?

If you look at the FEATURE lines in the license files, then you can cross-reference with https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/449314-how-do-features-from-license-correspond-to-names-from-ver?s_tid=srchtitle to get the official toolbox name (at least for the ones I was able to find.)

From the Add-On Manager you can choose to "View in Add-On Explorer". If the license is available, you'll see the option to manage it, otherwise you'll see the option to buy it.

The main page of Add-On Explorer now has a menu on the left side, and the top item on that menu is a section For You . If you click on My Products there then it will show you the list of products you have licensed; the ones that are installed will have a green "Installed" label on the lower left side of the description.

... which will give information about what you have installed, but not about what you have licensed.

It gives you information about the license number used for the toolbox so for me this is what I was looking for.
