Will Simulink support Modelica in the future?

I am aware of SimScape, but I wonder if there are plans for Simulink to support Modelica also. I highly recommend this addition because Modelica is rapidly becoming (and was designed to be) an industry standard. The Mathworks should not be beft behind.

Only MathWorks Sales (and some board members) are authorized to discuss product plans.
