flexnet log file non ascii character problem

we are trying to use a license statistic tool which is not able to process non ascii characters of matlab flexnet log file. is there any parameter or option to eliminate or convert non ascii characters to an available format (ascii format).

Not that I know of. I would rather contact the author of the license statistic tool to have this capability added.
