Intraclass correlation for nonparametric samples

Just, I need to know if in matlab 2014a exist a function for calculate intraclass correlation for non parametric measures. In my data, the measures do not present dispertion for calculate as parametric samples. Do not present normality, it is a problem for because I'm not meeting the function able to calculate Intraclass correlation with non parametric samples.
