How to change axis of a solid block ?

For instance, I would like to modelize an nut-screw system. I already imported stl file to each solid and I put a lead screw joint. However my files do not have the same rotation axis. I tried to integrate a rigid-transform without any success. How can I do ? I am working on matlab R2015a.

The block 'Rigid Transform' should be able to take care of this issue.

This example can give you better understanding on the usage of this block.
