How to define the starting and end points when I draw an arrow using annotation

for example, I wanna draw an arrow from the pixel (345,300) of an image to pixel (444,555). when I use the annotation('arrow',[345 444],[300 555]), the result shows me that the point should be numbers between the 0 and 1. Anyone can help me?
