Find the position of is in or out of the circle

Hello. I am writing a code and basically what i need is to identify if the ball is in or out of the circular shape in order to find the angles of the position where exiting the circle.Basically what i did so far is to identify in vector (0,1) if is on or out. No i need to add the statement where it says if is in or out. The code is attached. Thanks
