Confidence Score: face detector/ upperbody detector

Hi,

I am trying to get confidence score from face/upper body detector. However, it seems that vision.cascadeobjectdetector doesn't provide the confidence score. Is there any other ways to acquire a confidence measure of a face/upper body detector? (I don't want to use person detector because in my video, I cannot always have the full body information)
